I've been with Clark-Mortenson since 1993. In those 23 years I've only had my representative changed once. Both of them have been awesome. Currently I work with Billie Heller and she knows my insurance needs before I do. We are currently dealing with selling my house and my mother in-laws house, who Clark-Mortenson also represents, and Billie has had everything ready for me to make the insurance end of it smooth as silk. She knows the hassle of selling one house so she was totally ready to make changing coverage as easy as possible for me. I trust she found me the most complete coverage at the best price and took all our needs into consideration. My wife and I were just saying how in 23 years we never had a complaint with the agency and if we had an issue with a carrier, they took care of it immediately. My father told me you're smarter to go with an agent when dealing with insurance. I'm telling you, you're even smarter to have Clark-Mortenson as your agent.
