We stopped, because I wanted to go to Dress Barn. Many things weren't at outlet prices. I didn't manage to buy two very nice clothing separates on sale, for a good price. They also sell petite sizes. My husband wasn't impressed with the shoe store across the way.
Used to have more of an offering in terms of stores, but still a decent place to shop for more fashionable items, quality shoes, and some curiosities.
Before the advent of the mega-Outlet Center, this place was a pretty big deal. Today it's a shadow of its former self, with fewer stores and a physical building that is definitely showing its age. Still, the building has a kind of innocent charm that comes from things like the old factory exterior, slightly uneven wooden floors, and the hallways decorated with completed jigsaw puzzles. I like to stop in when we're passing through the area because it reminds me of southern Vermont the way it used to be in the 60s and 70s.
They need a new building. Stores are good.
For being a fairly small outlet store center, it can supply a good amount of needs. I use it to buy my boots or outdoorsy kind of things on a budget. Plenty of parking and easily spotted from the road. The prices are more dependent on the individual stores inside, but they're generally lower from normal stores.
I would be aware that the selection can feel limited at times; it's much more geared towards outdoors and old ladies rather than normal clothing.
