I'd give this bank zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst bank I have ever worked with in my entire life. Do not walk ,run away from it. Their takeover of Merchants Bank was sloppy, and cost many people a great deal of time and stress. How they do business should not be mistaken for transition bumps this is a company that does not care about its customers. While the tellers are nice its simply because they remained from Merchants, I feel so bad for them. The Community Bank reps know nothing about how their company works or how to do anything, I'm not sure why they are even there.
