I go to At&t on Putney Rd often. I am a new a newbie when it come's to the advancing in phone and tablets. I am always treated with respect and they have no problem helping me with certain issues i can't figure out. The atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming. Amanda and Natalie have been a huge help teaching me all the option's on my phone. I have advanced to a phone purchased from the At&t store and not only are they polite and willing to help me but never do i feel silly because of some of my issue's i have ran into. I have watched all the employees at the store interact with other customer's and it's alway's pleasant. I haven't yet walked in there thinking "what a pain" nor was made to feel nothing but welcomed. They have guided me through my learning process with a positive attitude being i don't puchase something every visit. There extremely knowledgeable and without there help i would still be using a flip phone. No where else would you get the excellent customer service after an initial purchase. I can't say enough about the store and how i have advanced and learned from them all. I love At&t and the service my products receive. I would recommend any employee. They have all helped me with many different issue's and i always walk out feeling satified and that's how customer service should be. The representatives employed here are less then amicable and not very knowledgeable about the job they're supposed to be doing. They upsell the he'll out of everything e especially the direct t.v. package and it's a rip off.
