I've had terrific help from the Tech Center, always, in person and on the phone. All the help is polite, cheerful, and helpful. And the product selection is great.
I walked in hoping for help with my ZAGG Invisiblesheild and the tech support man very rudely told me he couldn't help me. I explained why I thought he could assist me with my warranty and instead of simply explaining to me why that wasn't true he said "So?" while walking away. He offered no more assistance and walked away. Another customer in line provided me with the information I was looking for.
Good merchandise, nice selection. Customer service could use some assistance...
