This was a great little motel! Some may say it's old (it uses a regular key, not a key card), but I think it adds to the character of the place. The room was nice. The bathroom had dispensers for hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The body wash didn't lather very well, but was pleasant smelling. The breakfast was simple but good. The room was plenty large and the AC worked great. If we were ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay again.
Great size rooms, friendly staff and very affordable rates. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating was the hallways being dirty and covered in bugs and spiders. A bit cleaner and we'd be very happy. Will still definitely stay again.
We stopped in on our way home from camping in Maine. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was hot and the water pressure was fantastic! We also had dinner at the pub associated with the motel. The food was delicious and they worked with us as one of our party has food allergies. Our children loved the food pn their kids menu (our 4 year old finished his then his two year old brother's food too)! The continental breakfast the following morning was standard but quality food as well. Try the peach juice!
The room is huge. The bed was comfortable, but not cozy. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Enjoyed having extra seating other than the bed in the room. Shower was warm and had good pressure. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of the town. Would stay here again if in the area.
This is a family favorite. Not fancy, but the service is friendly, the rooms are clean (if a little quirky). The pool is indoors, salt-water, and perfectly warm. Breakfast is included. Rates are great.
