Great location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the front desk crew helpful and courteous. We look forward to enjoying the complementary breakfast. All in all excellent, we will come back.

Kudos to the Holiday Inn Express of Brattleboro!!! My family of six, including my dad celebrating his 92nd birthday, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, first time visiting New England states. Rooms were very comfortable. and. all staff very welcoming. Breakfast provided carb-friendly choices, truly offering "hot breakfast"items compared to other hotels who consider waffles as meeting the definition of "hot breakfast." Special thanks we send to hotel staff Steve Hull and Kareana, so enthusiastic toward and solicitous of hotel guests' needs. The hotel is well-maintained in a beautiful setting.
The rooms were clean and the day time staff was very pleasant. The night desk clerk was not as pleasant... they also made a mistake with our booking and were less than helpful about fixing the problem (they being the night clerks).
