The room was tolerable for the price, and actually, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dark and dingy, and I didn't much care to set foot in it, although I was forced to in order to get a shower.

I stayed here for over a week while work was being done on my house. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. He also tried to tell me they have infrared cameras that catch dogs in duffle bags haha. The room was so dirty I put my granddaughter in white socks in her walker and her socks were black within a few minutes. I got told my son couldn't play his cars right outside the door. The heated pool is not heated. The room is but not the pool. Breakfast was a joke. They don't wash their blankets only the sheets. We had 4 people in one room they gave us 2 towels we had to fight with them to get more towels. I would say good morning to the manager when I went to get my kids some cereal I was ignored with a dirty look. If you are rich from out of state they will quickly cater to you. The beds were so hard I had to bring my foam mattress to be able to sleep. The lights in the bathroom barely worked Wi-Fi barely worked kept going in and out. The room smelled like I have no clue what. They keys to our room half the time didn't work so would have to wait to get them reset.not a place I will ever stay again.

Clean for the most part. Needed newer pillow cases. Can't complain considering what I paid. If you expect a 5 star hotel, then don't bother.

The worst!!!!! Put us in a room with two full beds and said they were queen. The floors were soft. Very out dated.

The guy working the desk was on the phone for a good 5-20 minutes before he helped us. The room stunk, and the sliding lock on the door was broken. The keycard wouldn't work in the door 2 out of 3 slides. The toilet barely flushed. All over a bad experience

The only positives about this hotel are the low price and the convenient location immediately off I-91. If you can afford to go elsewhere, then do. The office is nothing special, and the guy behind the front desk was even less so. He seemed annoyed when I asked him questions about the free breakfast. Ultimately, I skipped it. The breakfast area seemed less than clean, so I had qualms about sanitation.

The clientele is dubious, and I felt uneasy coming and going at night. I was not sad to leave. Next time, I'll try airbnb.
